P&G Twin Cementer Unit 18

  • Designed to mix and recirculate cement to achieve optimum density on casing strings
  • 595 horsepower CAT C-15 diesel engine (deck mounted)
  • 2 x TWS-600S triplex pumps
  • 20 bbl displacement tank
  • 6 x 5 centrifugal pump (recirculation)
  • 3 x 4 centrifugal pumps (mix water)
  • 3” densitometer in recirculation line
  • Supported by 660 cu. ft. bulk trailer

P&G Batch Mix Pump Unit 17

  • Designed to batch mix cement and gel for plug and abandonment operations

Cement and Other Materials

P&G provides all cement API classes A through H as well as fly ash, cement additives, and gel from our bulk plant located in Bradford, PA. Custom slurries and blends can be designed, tested, and built upon request.
